Sidney Towers Co-op was founded in 1982
by residents of 7 Sidney Street in Ottawa. Our Sidney Towers building was
completed in 1964. It is a low-rise 34 suite apartment building, with elevator, located
near Dows Lake and the Experimental Farm. A second phase of the co-op, comprising of seven
walk-up suites, was constructed in 1985 at 94 Adeline Street which is adjacent to
the Sidney Towers apartment building Our co-op apartments vary in size from one to three bedrooms. Housing charges in our tower apartments include heat. We currently have a limited number of vacancies in our walk-up suites at 94 Adeline . |
